Ranging from 237-1818 rentable square feet, the studios are modern and sleek with great attention paid to details and amenities that will help drive inspiration, collaboration and creativity. Studio pricing includes: WIFI, utility, HVAC and 24/7 access.

We are seeking to fill the space with skilled, innovative, and actively working artists. ART150 artists will be welcome (but not obligated) to participate in local arts events such as JCAST and JCFridays. We look forward to ART150 becoming a well-known and sought after destination for local artists and arts patrons!

Why do I need to submit examples of my work?

Samples of your work give us a sense of what we can expect you to use your studio to create. They also help us ensure applicants are actively making work.

By which criteria are the artworks I submit being evaluated?

We are looking to fill studios with active artists who demonstrate through their work knowledge of the fundamental principles of the artmaking process. This includes, but is not limited to:

-Composition

-Color

-Originality

-Concept or idea

-Use of materials suitable for a shared studio environment

Why is this necessary?

Studios will be open to the public during such events as the Art and Studio Tour and First Fridays. While you are in no way obligated to participate, the hope is that the artistic community of 150 Bay will take these opportunities to display their work.
